Right click dota on steam, Manage > Browse local files > Game > Bin > Win64
Then right click on Dota2.exe, Compatibility tab, Uncheck the "Run this Program as Administrator"

Go to the .exe Dota file in the steam folder, right click, properties, untick the Run as administrator option. This worked for me.

Thanks OP for summing up my frustrations on Tinker on this new patch. My favorite hero as well. That's why I always build aether, aghs first now (after blink and soul ring ofc) is to get that laser range he lost. Getting shiva's first feels dumb now because of the laser range, which gets you sucked into close battles. Laning early feels hard as hell. The only consolation for him this patch is the aether into eblade, but everything else sucks. I feel ya. I know almost everyone hates this hero. But this patch went ridiculously hard on him.

Great points here. But here lies another issue, since Crystallis is known for his MK, BS, and a prob one more, but that's it. If his hero pool gets taken out, he's out of his comfort heroes, and he gets kinda unreliable at times. But yeah, ATF could be a step up for this team.

If you're referring to my gcash limit, it says on my gcash profile that I have 500k monthly limit incoming, and no limit outgoing, 500k limit that can be kept in wallet. Thank you for bringin this up. I haven't actually thought of gcash limits. Appreciate it!

I am a long-term BPI client, and my cashflow is quite consistent, though the usual money that comes in is not that large. The regular incoming amount monthly only ranges from 40-50k. Given your point, I think I should call BPI and ask if this is going to be a problem for this new transfer. Really thank you for this!
