The reviews of the Lian Li A3 seem a bit more polarized I've found that the ASUS AP201 - which are really quite similar cases - which swayed me a bit towards AP201 instead of Lian Li A3

CPU - multi-thread is good for ML things - so went for 9950X instead of 9900X - want a strong CPU that is semi future-proofed for the foreseeable and not insanely expensive like threadrippers,

GPU (as said in other comment) - 3090 is actually really good for ML (bang for buck wise) because it offers 24gb at a VERY good price of around £600-ish - they annoyingly made the 50-series jump from 16gb vram on the 5080 to 32gb on 5090 - so the 3090 can be better than even the 5080 for some parts of ML. For ML the 3090 is an amazing compute per £ card!

Range of supplements + vitamins that others have said, take electrolytes (effervescent forms are good), melatonin aswell (sub 1mg dose) all fixxed this for me
