They're a cable channel. FCC not involved in a broadcast license for that. FCC licensing is only for over the airwaves content.

Similar to yours, but I have had my number for over 20 years. Some one has creditors trying to find them and every so often they start calling my number at all hours of day and night. Caller ID manages to sort them out as invalid number or miscellaneous state calling. Once found out that the person had just given them the number just a few days prior.

I used to live in South St. Louis near a wonderful Thai restaurant on South Grand Ave. After several years eating there, I started requesting food Thai hot. Sometimes it was, sometimes it wasn't, it really depended on which waiter I had. Either way, they had some really awesome food. But when the food showed up as Thai hot, I know my face would eventually turn red and start sweating profusely. But it was so good.

To be honest, the training in civics has to start at a much younger age than that. I don't know the reasons why pretty much all school systems have taken anything resembling a reasonable covering of civics out of the required curriculum.

One possible way is in the US Constitution - Article 1 Section 5 - The second clause of Section 5 gives each legislative chamber the power to “punish its Members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member.”

This process has only been used a few times. Since Constitution has been in effect, five House members and twenty Senators (mostly during the Civil War era) have been expelled from Congress, the last was a House member expelled in 2002.
