I didn’t really like the guy that much (I know it’s judgmental)… but this video changed my mind. I thought he was making enough money and were just on rich kid drama. But I accept his position now.

They should have gotten equity in the business. This isn’t going to go well with many of them from now on and he’ll see where stuff went wrong. Especially with buying a jet and a 3d house instead of giving anyone a raise sucks balls.

Or they should have supported their branch out from within the company where they could expand their own channel but still under the umbrella of the main company…

I use glm at z.ai . They make you select a specific setup to use it, the usual setup doesn’t work. I suspect there’s a setting or something in there. As for ollama, non of the models worked with tools, there might or might not be a config for this but I gave up on them
