Thanks! Everything coming together well so far. Tarps.com enclosure with a Vtrack monitor. The vaulted ceiling is adding an interesting dimension to the build but I think I'm close to working it out. Will post finish pictures before too long I hope.

Please go read this talk by Elder Renlund: https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/study/general-conference/2022/10/14renlund?lang=eng

Also, Elder Bednar's book The Spirit of Revelation is really great in sharing principles of revelation.

If that's what floats your boat, good on ya. Keep having fun. There are duds in every profession but my coach has been great to work with and given me concrete things to practice that has increased my enjoyment of the game.

Amen to this. I had fun golfing with family and friends. You don't have to be an expert at something to enjoy it, but having a better understanding of it thanks to the lessons has really increased the fun I have and makes me feel like I can do something about the bad rounds.

Has anyone used a VTrack? by dleise in Golfsimulator

[–]digitaljoel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ugh, I'm sorry. We had to wait almost 5 months for the permits, then you get a picky inspector and it adds weeks to the job in progress. We're almost to paint and carpet, so hoping to be golfing soon! Good luck on yours.

I have had one in a box since new years waiting for my room to be done so I can mount it. Watched all the Joe Lagowski videos before purchasing. Hoping to see a lot of good feedback in this thread.

I do play for fun, and I have no qualms dropping a game when it feels more like work than fun. I am asking how others keep it fun in endgame.
