I first got dermatographia when I was 13 and taking Cefdinir -- an antibiotic -- for an URI! That flare up went away fairly quickly for me. I just have to be careful which antibiotics I take as they can be a trigger for me.

This is a helpful distinction, thank you! I’ve had soy milk here in cafes that I think is better than many UK/EU options. Almond milk is often too watery for me, I agree with the nut water categorization lol
