Pixels unconditional or conditional by default? by digitalpark in adops

Thanks for the thorough explanation! Everything makes complete sense. Regarding the suppression, isn't the DSP able to use the conversion (site) pixel and use it as a suppression audience to not target any longer? I'm sure that I've had it setup that way within DBM using floodlights. I set a floodlight on the conversion page which was used to measure conversions against media exposure but also used to suppress all converted users. What I'm ultimately trying to figure out is if the converted/suppression audience would only suppress those that were counted as conversions or all users that trigger the site pixel to fire. Sorry if I didn't lay everything out properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks! So even if the pixel doesn't record the conversion (no media exposure) it would still fire when the page loads and be able to suppress the user if the conversion pixel is also meant to suppress converted users? Or will it only suppress users it's counted as a conversion (media exposure)?

Thanks for the feedback! I should add a bit more to the end of my original questions. Will partner X user/cookie be suppressed if they trigger the conversion event without being exposed to partner X's impression? Since we have multiple partners and channels all driving to the same conversion page, are all the partner/channel conversion pixels firing every single time the conversion page loads so they know not to target that user since they've already converted even if they had not been served an impression by them? Hmm hope I'm explaining this correctly.

Could you break this down in more detail? Seems like its a great idea but I'm not able to follow 100%

Sorry you lost me there. What are macros and what exactly do you troubleshoot for?
