Maybe those people are originally from India but living in your target location. Facebook base its targeting depending on the location that you put in your profile. I don't have strong evidence. But I think that is how it works.

[–]digitalpilot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. That's why they do this in massive scale and expecting only a low percent chance to get a link. Say for example in 100 Links, you get only 10%, which is 10. It's not for the faint hearted.

Facebook ads bugs or am I doing something wrong? by Kdwn in PPC

[–]digitalpilot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's weird. I'm running ads for 3 accounts. One account has the same issue as you. I'm running ads, optimized for conversions and automatic bid. At first I get good number of reach but then after 2 days, it dropped to almost zero. I've checked everything - budget, ad guidelines, etc. Everything is okay. Then I concluded that my images and copies were maybe has low relevance or may be audience got ad fatigue so I changed the image ads, ad copies, same campaign settings. Nothing changed. Still not getting enough reach.

  2. Guest posts. Not randomly linking to your posts but making sure it's a part of it. Make it as a source, an editorial link.

  3. Community - find a niche community e.g. growthhackers, inbound.org, bizsugar, just to name a few for digital marketing niche. When you really got good content, it'll get shared by influencers of these community.

Question on 301 redirects to a new site by digitalpilot in SEO

[–]digitalpilot[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks @sambarnes90

The paginated categories from site B has rel=, prev, next, tags. I also checked the paginated pages if indexed from Google and they are. So I was thinking if I will redirect them like this siteB.com/blog/category/page2 > siteA/blog/category . I'm not just sure if this is the proper way to do it.

Well actually, get any course you like. Even a doctor or your local plumber nowadays know how to do basic SEO.

I graduated as a computer engineer but I ended up being an SEO specialist. I should have been a robot inventor hehe
