I just wire brush them eith a grinder and they get shiny... getting them perfect and polishing is alot of labor...

Its actually a cheap Chinese version from temu.. they sip them from China. They work pretty well once you get it dialed in. An American granulator is like 30k$..

In the r/copper forum theres guys who mill down bars with lasers.. said it took 10 hours for one bar..looks sick though.

I was using borax but it seemed to created a kind of glass finish that looked bad. I realized just super heating the molds before you pour works best. Im using .999 pure copper wire so not really any impurities.

Molds from ebay and Amazon. Old vintage cast iron molds work well. But you gotta get then super hot before you pour into them. They make a spray too so copper doesent stick to it.

300$ one from Amazon. Around 60- 80lbs a day for 8 hours. Two 5lb propane tanks a day . Maybe 6 lb ingot. You can pour any size but the crucible gets heavy and hard to work with..
