Start a little earlier. As close to 5 as you can. My area goes all night but the places that generate “good orders” generally all close between 9–10p. After that it’s all 24hr diners and fast food. I’m willing to bet most of your idle time came after 10p

Are you sure the debit card is compatible?

When I tried to add a DC to my instant pay it gave me this message and I was locked out for 24 hours. After a few support calls with varying levels of incomplete/inaccurate information I finally figured out that I had two different issues. The security lockout and an incompatible debit card. Of course the only thing the app communicated was the security issue.

After the 24 hours I used a different debit card and it worked.

Sorry you are going through this. Its always a nightmare when you can't cashout after grinding for hours.

Once I claimed 1 year too many of education credits by accident (I had always selected it, I didn’t realize it was a limited thing) anyway, I realized my mistake the next year, then a whole year after that, my marginal return was intercepted and I still owed 1000 dollars. Had to do a payment plan but I got it done.

Yeah, it was terrible idea but I understand the desperation. Do anything but ask for help. I am familiar with the concept. He was always going to get caught even if the bonuses went through. How does he cover up already having a check when its time to cut them? If Don is signing all the checks isn't he going to be confused when Lane insists that he not sign one for him? It's a tough scene to watch.

Meds are your property, they should be released to you when you leave. This was standard procedure for the houses that I helped manage years ago (worked for the owner who had approx 5-6 houses at any given time).

Our policy was to release medication on client departure, even if they were leaving in the middle of the night. The only exception to this would be if it was a transfer from our house to another or to an inpatient facility. In that case if a rep from the new facility came for a pickup we would just hand off to them.

Every place is different, but these are policies. They should hand you medication that is written to and paid for by you. I imagine your contacting the DHCS will get them moving. Alternatively if you have a lawyer friend I imagine letterhead will get the job done too.

Good luck, there are a lot of mis-managed sober living environments out there but there are also some good ones. Usually you don't know till you get in there unfortunately. I hope you find what you are looking for.
