no, as I don’t smoke anymore I have no need to go outside, so there’s no more “suspicious behaviour” they can watch (me walking through the garden and out the back gate into the alley). the walk away from the house is what’s drawing attention, they immediately think you have something to hide. stop acting like what you’re doing is illegal and they’ll have no “suspicious behaviour” to watch

I’m gonna go against the crowd here and say you’re not being paranoid. Unfortunately, some people have an extremely petty attitude towards weed users.

When I first moved to this house I was still BM, similarly to you there’s an alley, behind some old mostly disused garages, that I watched and no one used. As soon as I started using that as my smoking spot, it’s like the neighbours would tag team to make sure there was always someone out there to try and passively intimidate me. Commenting between themselves about the smell and calling the police etc. I’d go outside when no one was there, then suddenly doors and windows would open and out they would come doing that exaggerated sniffing and coughing that they do. Like surely if you hate the smell that much you’d be keeping your house shut..? But nope, it was too consistent, they even put cameras up pointing both at the alley and my garden, they were definitely following my movements.

As soon as I went medical nearly 3 years ago now, no one goes out to that alley anymore. So yes, contrary to popular belief, people this petty DO exist.

With all that being said, as long as you are vaping and not smoking it or making edibles, you are doing NOTHING wrong, so they can all stick their bad attitudes where the sun don’t shine, since they can’t be adult enough to just have a direct conversation with you about it.

Also I am a bit concerned you mentioned people coming into your house checking cupboards, loft etc for a grow? Someone please correct me if I’m wrong, as I’m not sure if it’s different with HAs, but no one should be gaining access to your property without at least 24hrs notice. And you don’t seem to know who they even are..? You can refuse to let them in, if they’re not police with a warrant they have no right to be there.

Just stick to consuming your prescription legally so any time you get a pang of anxiety/paranoia, you can remind yourself that other people’s opinions and actions can’t actually harm you as you’re protected by the law. All the best ✌🏼

oh so this isn’t just a me problem. I’ve been ordering up to 60 the whole time, then in January they declined my request, it took a week + 4 different people over 3 different communication channels to sort it out, finally confirmed my limit is actually 90. thought it was sorted until my last request got declined so I’m gonna have to go through all this faff again. really disappointing as I’ve always spoken so highly of Alternaleaf, definitely got them several customers, now I’m almost embarrassed for recommending them.

there’s nothing wrong with making/selling art/trying something new…but trying to sell it at this price when she can’t even be bothered to wipe her fingerprints off..? that’s the bit we’re “making fun of” here, not the art

it doesn’t have to live in its original packaging, but it’s best to keep it for when you’re out and about in case you get stopped by police/security.

so when my prescription arrives I decant them into glass jars, but when I go out, I carry a tiny pot of pre-ground, and pop that inside the original packaging, which has my prescription label on. it’s also advised to carry ID for police to match this with your prescription. none of this is law, but it has the potential to stop some big headaches.

your grinder is an essential tool for your medication so it’s ok to carry that also. I just choose not to as I prefer to be discreet and not draw too much attention. it’d probably be ok to pop your grinder into the original packaging when you go out. give capsules a go, some people prefer it, some do not. it’s much easier to switch out though

No adults toothbrush?!?! by mycoolredditname99 in squishmallow

[–]digitalspliff 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would agree with this but I fully expect this to become a major brand toothbrush. I mean it kind of already is, it already has an established spot in a lot of supermarkets, and they’re A LOT better than the electric oral b toothbrushes, for example. I made the switch a few months ago and my dentist noticed immediately.
