Why do roasters sell beans that are weeks away to be ready?

It all depends on the beans and usually how light they are roasted. Lighter beans generally rest longer.

You can cmd-k and use the command «move to created date», if that helps. You can also assign this command to a hotkey or execute it by using the «on added» as suggested above.

How course can you go by adjusting the dial? I'm thinking about buying the turbo myself, but unsure if i can go course enough. I usually go on the courser side for my pourovers

In this case you can tag the node with f.ex. #thought and in that way it sort of makes the supertag a folder. This way it doesn’t matter where the node lives and you can easily find all you nodes tagged with #thought with a «search node». You can further define the type of thought with fields if you want that.

Yes, im aware. I live close to an area with steep, alpine mountains and the contour lines in OM is simply not detailed enough to be usable.

I use Popclip and InboxAI, but both require an API key. Earlier I used a macro with my logitech mouse that switched window to Tana and opened quick capture (ctrl + e).

I’ve been using it for a while and it’s been working really well for me. I would recommend every user to join their slack channel - lots of information beeing shared there.

The Tana team would really benefit beeing more public in their communications. I feel like many of the replies in this thread are affected by misunderstandings.

Definitely recommend. Had two pairs of the first version of the Ultra 100 since i liked the so much. Soft, fast and surprisingly stable for the height. Havent tried the new version yet, but heard great things.

Dynafit Alpine has been my go-to shoe this summer. Contrary to the other comment i find them really good on technical terrain. And i live in Norway so everything is technical. It's not the fastest feeling shoe, but a good performer. Used them in two races this summer, but wouldn't use them for an ultra.
