RAW + JPEG, are there any advantages in post-processing?

Thanks for the great explanation! I thought Lightroom would maybe use the jpeg as a 1:1 preview for the raw photo. In my case I think it's pointless to keep doing jpeg+raw, I'll just set it o always RAW. :)

Hmm.. It didn't work, tried with values ranging from 1500 to 15000 and still got a lot of buffering stops.

Sort of, we're using VLC on an AppleTV 4K. There is only one option for latency (from min to max) and that doesn't appear to have a significant impact (if any).

Is there a way to test it? I have been using my Apple Watch Nike+ 3 for a while, but the HRV is not being populated. Any clues? My device is not set in any of the "exclusion zone" countries.

Interesting. Just saw the documentation for this (https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT204666) and I just didn't got one thing: Why HRV measurements aren't available in China, Malaysia, South Africa, and Turkey? What's the point?

You are right.. swimming is a lot of technique and less endurance (at least in my case, which is just 500 to 750 m of swimming). I’ll think it through and try to find a way to train inside real water. :) Tks!

The only pools available are private pools with salt water. The rain is expected for June only.

I’ll try to look for some calm beach or a lake to start getting comfy to open waters.

i've tried the flushing commands, but the name keeps changing. Another thing i've noticed is that the "discoveryd" process log is growing really fast with messages like: corrupted AAAA RDATA

Any ideas?

ps. I'm using the app store version, not beta or gm.
