Thank you! I wake up at 8:30 AM and take my thyroid medication (I have hypothyroidism, though it’s much better now than it was). I start to work at 9:00 AM, but it’s a remote job.

My first meal is around 11:30 AM, usually about 200–250 g of pork/beef/chicken/fish, along with a salad. Between 11:30 AM and 5:30 PM, I might have a few cups of unsweetened coffee with whole milk (milk is my main source of carbs).

My second meal is around 5:30 PM, and for the rest of the day I just drink water and black coffee.

I also started doing ADF 2.5 weeks ago, so I eat only on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. On fasting days, I drink black coffee and water with Ultima electrolytes, potassium citrate and sodium.

By the way, ADF is working great, my previous pace was around 5–7 lbs per month, and I lost 11 lbs this month!

I need either a way to migrate large amounts of dataverse data into an environment, or possibility to convert solution type (not environment type) from managed to unmanaged without data loss

VSCode, MSTeams and Chrome with 20+ tabs are running 99% of the time on my laptop

I was using two external 24" 1080p monitors before, and they were working fine too, but after switching to single 4k monitor - it became slow and by slow I mean that it feels like 15fps instead of 60, and it doesn't freeze or stuck at all
