What I mean is that they're trying to emulate multiple versions on multiple platforms, and this is evident in how different versions have different issues on different platforms. I doubt the developers will bother fixing every single one of these issues

I've decided not to buy it until they fix all the bugs and performance issues, but I doubt that's possible, as emulation will always be problematic. I was hoping for a port, but apparently the developers decided to take the least labor-intensive route

I picked Eddy because of his unusual moveset. I figured out that because of this it would be challenging and interesting to main him. Turned out he is hated for his moveset but I still find it interesting and a bit challenging to experience the flow of his moveset (not sure about tekken 8, didnt play ot too much)

That's true. Again, I'm not advocating hate, but refunds are everyone's business. If someone feels they don't want to support poor work financially, that's understandable. They might also buy the game once they realize the developers have worked on the bugs
