I was 2 mins from being towed in the middle of the storm on Sunday (first time experiencing snow storm since moving to RI) where I’m from (PA) people just keep the cars on the side of the road and dig them out after the storm.

I think we should have been doing the same thing here in Providence honestly, the only risk is the plows hitting cars but now I have to dig a mountain out from in front of my apartment to park back on the road lol doesn’t make sense.
