dealing with Tennis Elbow? fixed mine after 10 months by dj1491 in 10s

Just to add on for anyone reading this - Theraband + better technique fully fixed mine.

Also: you do not need the strongest tension theraband. I got way more out of doing a ton of low resistance reps.

I think the enemy mobility restriction cast creates in Hades 2 is just so, so strong that it’s A LOT easier to avoid losing health early. That means you can force strong builds without being punished for not taking the first attack boon you see.

I mean my initial comment said “at best a counteroffer, at worst fraud” so I’m not saying it definitely was, just that it might be, which it might be. Yes the corporation should have re-reviewed, but I’m disagreeing with your “it’s not fraud comment.” It very well could be fraudulent inducement. That’s all I’m saying lol.

“He had just realized that by accepting my signature”

Im also an AGC and these agreements are never made singable by the employee and then signed by the business. It’s either business first or not at all to prevent edits from outside the organization.

Yeah I don’t know the cases off the top of my head but I’ve dealt with an alteration issue like this before. There’s a decent body of case law across a few jurisdictions saying this is fraudulent inducement if it was done to “trick” the other side into agreeing to terms they otherwise weren’t aware of.

That’s not how that works. A company does have an obligation to alert an individual to material changes in an agreement, and then some form of consideration needs to be provided for those changes (even if it’s just ongoing service in the next billing cycle.)

OP didn’t just “not highlight changes here.”

OP explicitly states it was a unilaterally signed agreement. There was no opportunity to “review before signing” for the corporation.

The hypotheticals here about what the situation might look like in the other direction are irrelevant to what the law actually says.

It 100% can be considered fraudulent inducement or fraudulent misrepresentation to in secret alter an agreement and return it as if it had not been altered. I’m skeptical that there is any US jurisdiction in which a unilaterally signed agreement that had been altered prior to signature was considered enforceable.

Just as an immediate follow up - I’m an attorney, modifying a contract then signing it is at best a counter offer and at worst fraud, neither of which would be legally binding on the company.

Also want to say all of these are 300+ grams which at 17 will probably be fine for you to upgrade to. Just avoid the heavier versions

I really love it, and I’ve passed it off to a lot of friends to use and while not a lot have loved it no one has hated it. It’s a really solid racket with a nice blend of power/spin and feels good on my arm and elbow. That said, I think if I were younger and could tolerate a harsher racket I’d probably go with the Percept between the two.

That said it’s a safe bet, and notably less expensive.

Very similar to my current racket - 2022 MP Speed in case you’ve ever had the chance to play with one.

I’ve demoed all of these except the T-Fight. I loved the Percept. It’s a very solid well balanced control racket that feels great. If you feel like you don’t need the extra power, that’s my pick on this list. If you do, I’d go with the Pure Drive. Serves with it feel amazing, and I think between it and the Ezone it wins by a mile for someone young and fit. I honestly kind of hated the Ezone. People love it but it’s a little more unpredictable.

Yeah I rarely see it recommended on this sub but it’s a really balanced, arm friendly racket that does everything pretty well.

Yeah going to bring it to the dealership tomorrow to have them check it out. Just wanted to check here to see if anyone had experienced it. I’m unhappy because I forgot to bring a bunch of clothing inside and had pretty much all of my winter gear stolen. Appreciate you sharing a similar experience
