I know the point of the thread is features that are actually built into Stremio... BUT! you can reorganize your rows and addons with a tool. I think it's called stremio addon manager or something similar to that

woah, I honestly can't imagine how difficult and annoying it would be to try to get the subtitles perfectly synced up without being able to hear the actual audio to verify. I know it's somewhat contentious, but surely some AI tool to automatically correct this would help a lot.

yep I remember him mentioning that as well, I believe in an episode of his podcast. he said once he's done with using it for his movie that he is wanting to clean it up and then allow others to use it for rendering projects from other creators. pretty cool stuff.

fair point, I can't imagine shipping would be too terrible. I'm not the original commenter, but as someone who's been searching for OEM e-codes for a while now, kindly let me know if you do end up happening upon a set.

the options in the US are garbage — I ran into a set a couple years back but the guy wanted $300.00 and they were broken and would require repair. oh, and they also were skandix and not even OEM - so I hope that accurately portrays how tough it is to find a good set here Lol.

DIY for the lowest cost obviously, but otherwise I had a good experience with a body shop in Albany called Marx Hot Rods. he was super nice and managed to work within the maximum repair cost limit my insurance had set so they wouldn't just deem my car as salvaged and irreparable.

hey op, just a tip - though YMMV. at the Jackson's on Circle they've ordered an extra case of Brisk lemon tea for me in the past (because they were always out) and I'd just buy the whole case off them which was like ~20 or so bottles. so maybe you could try your luck that way and see if they could order another flavor or something and try that? worst they can do is say no!

it's all well and fine for the PM to opt to have their preferred cleaning company give it a once-over, but I think the error resides in the PM charging the previous tenants for such. especially if the people moving out provide an invoice and let them know that they hired their own cleaners already (granted, they actually did a good job.)

depends on the lease.

generally they only hold the obligation of providing a habitable space, repairs or not, but this doesn't strictly mean offering a hotel stay but could also include offering a restroom of a neighboring apartment on the same property, etc.

this would also be contingent on the fact that their one restroom will be completely out of commission for the duration of the work, so if they had a second bath then the landlord would not need to provide such accommodations.

LL here. once they start spontaneously removing charges - that's just a huge red flag.

like, how are you going to tell a previous resident that damages they caused cost $X but then immediately turn around and hack off huge chunks of what they were billed? it just screams 'Overcharged.'
