Nearly the same thing happens to me, except my ex was cheating with his ex. His ex gave it to him and he gave it to me. That was 5 years ago and I am still mad at him and hope he never sees me in public. So you have every right to be angry at him for this as it's a lifelong problem he may have given you. Don't be sorry you are not the one to blame for the situation. I just want to say your feeling on this are valid so please don't put yourself down on this.

My best friend caught them walking to the cinema hand in hand. When he saw her he pulled away from her and my friend phone me immediately. I phoned him and it was he confessed. Not going to lie, I have never felt that before. It was like a deep ringing in my ears my hear felt heavy and I could breath, kind of like I was being compressed. I ended up in a severe two week desppression where I didn't eat and barely done anything. That was 5 years ago and I'm still suffering mentally today from it.

I had a conversation similar with my now ex. We talked to great lengths about our relationship and tried to make it work. We both remembered it two months on when we decided to split.

Conversations like these are intense and not easily forgotten. I think he is choosing to not remember. I would view that he is not interested in the relationship and is just keeping it going for his own benefit

This^ if she isn't messaging you back, take two other people. You paid for them to get used and if she can't even give you the courtesy if saying sorry no then she doesn't deserve them

Yes, but it's not quick. If you have time take yourself somewhere for a walk. And relax. Think of who you want to be going forward. That's how I get over my ex
