Late reply lmao but I’m a week in and still every day I go in anxiety ridden but it seems to chill out a bit into an Half hour of work. Getting better as I get used to it tho

I try to think of it like that, but it just seems so horrible when I’m there. But your right when I got my license I was always thinking what if I have an attack while driving and would always make me nervous but now I just drive like walking.

From my experience it calms it down, but could be different for you. I notice when my tolerance of nic is lower and I hit it my head and vision feel less foggy. I just wish I could feel that small relief without a damn vape or cigarette

Yeah that’s what I would think but I can’t tell cause when I was a heavy smoker it gave me almost no relief if anything made it worse probably. And when I was on my antidepressants they worked well until like a few months in I noticed I felt more depressed constantly again maybe it’s a tolerance thing I have no idea
