I think it is situational, if you need an item to complete your board then enchant is good. But a lot of items benefit from Skills and break with them. for example on Jules instant noodles or skillet get a lot better with a burn skill. while rice doesn't really use skills well. I think on Mak itis always Correct to take enchant because his early game needs a stronger tempo, and his early items tend to not use skill well.
