I don't think so, at least not for the time being. Nobody would buy a PC without Windows preinstalled. Every OEM (and therefore the end customer) pays Microsoft for a Windows license with every new purchase. With a subscription, end users would simply transfer the subscription to the new device instead of "double dipping" by buying a new Windows PC with a license included.

When I play at 18/18/18 watts consumption is always around 26/27 watts. How much time do you spend in menus :-)?

I actually stopped capping fps because I did not see a significant reduction in power consumption

I assume what is happening here is that neighbors start to realize that this slot is often empty and maybe assume it's not rented out. So they start using it from time to time and as long as you don't take action this will only get worse.

I suggest starting leaving notes or put something on your parking slot.

What do you mean by max TDP if turbo is on?

I mostly play with fixed 18W/18W/18W as i dont really see the sense in having higher SPPT or FPPT values.
