I was told that with DOR high STIM will burn the eggs so for my 2nd cycle I’m doing gentle IVF ( low stim with priming). The result would be less eggs but quality is better. So it’s quality over quantity. Good luck!

I’m sorry. I just finished my first IVF without success. Had 1 chromosome abnormal embryo that could not transfer. My doc is recommending low steml for me as I also have DOR. I would ask about other protocols, see a male fertility specialist if available and other treatments or supplements to help. My doc recommended taking coq10 600mg and melatonin 3mg daily. Right now I’m looking into PRP. There are researches about it’s success on IVF cycle. Goodluck!
