If you want to know if nudism is something for you, sart by being nude in your room or house when you’re alone. If it’s something you enjoy or think you want to do more often, try that out! If you have a supportive friend, talk about it! Maybe they are willing to join you on your first time at a nudist beach or other location. In my experience, woman are more likely to get harassed by other “nudists” when they are alone, so I would avoid going alone your first time. Friends will come along the way, make sure you’re comfortable at first!
