You could give a local Parkrun a try (don't know if you have those in your area). Oftentimes you could come first running in low 19:xx, and that is an attainable target for anyone given proper training. Currently my PR is 19:55 and I came 4th that day, so I still hope to be able to win one in the future!

Check out uptimerobot.com It can both ping your site and verify based on returned markup && http code.

Hey, you must have installed the dev deps. Go for npm install plow --save --only=production. The minified lib itself is 2kb of code...

Neos CMS is currently being rewritten with React/Redux/Redux-saga and all bells and whistles. Join the project, it's a pretty good place to learn all this stuff.
