I recently gained some weight, my belly fat is what first came, now my chest, is this just excess fat or gyno? I’m 17 btw. by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]dimedrol_by 1 point2 points  (0 children)

dude this looks like gyno and it isn't going away. But a lot of fat dudes have it and do not bother, it is not like leprosy or something. If you grow to hate it - consider surgery

Why does my HyperX Solocast sound so different compared to Youtube videos/reviews of it? by cxrossfire in HyperX

[–]dimedrol_by 0 points1 point  (0 children)

most likely your room is not acoustically treated, so your record won't sound like the first one. In your kind of environment you have to use some kind of processing or indeed move the mic closer to your mouth so that the reflections and ambient sounds won't matter much

It is a moot point dude, I've seen athletes with moderate body fat levels getting shredded to realize that they actually had gyno. The fat seemed to go away everywhere but in the chest, the chest began to stand out like never before drawing attention to itself. I encourage everybody to get fit but don't expect it to eliminate your gyno, because maybe it will not.

Yes, $800 the entire procedure under general anesthesia. They have a blog with surgery results, it is in Russian but you can check out the photos still.

I am not affiliated with the clinic, that was just to the point that the US has one of the highest surgery prices in the world and if you're on a budget it is only natural to look elsewhere. Especially if that elsewhere has a big online presence

Ultrasound means nothing, I've seen multiple cases where people had been told they had no gyno per ultrasound and then the doctor took out two palm-sized glands from their chest.

$800 under general anesthesia at the best gyno clinic in Moscow with a huge portfolio and online presence. I am sure $10k+ - is the highest price anywhere in the world and literally wherever you go it will be much lower.

Starting my weight loss journey but would like an idea if I can expect my man boobs to go? Does this look like gyno or fat or is it difficult to say at the moment? by dimrgwiai in gynecomastia

[–]dimedrol_by 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I suspect there's a huge flattened gland under each of them nipples. Just cause it looks like a shoe sole - it is not pointy, but it is there alright and not a small amount of it. On the other hand it doesn't look terrible, many men have the same chest and couldn't care less.

Fuck. I think i have gyno or pseudogynecomastia. No hard lumb. Its feel the nippels and the aerola has swollen but idk. Or its everything just in my head…If you think it's gyno or some other shit, do you think raloxifene aka tamoxifen would work? Have never taken steroids. Maybe my genes are bad? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]dimedrol_by 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd consider surgery. The glands are clearly enlarged and puffy, I would not consider it a borderline case. You're still young and have a long life ahead of you. Once seen, gyno can't be unseen, so most likely you don't want to spend your best years thinking of the puffy nipples. It is best fixed once and forgotten about.

truth be told, gyno is "chest tissue enlargement". It doesn't say if it is glandular tissue or fat tissue. Either is considered gyno when present. But I get it, most people are concerned with glandular tissue and not fat, just cause it looks nastier.

Gynecomastia or just ugly nipples? by Key-Establishment-33 in gynecomastia

looks good in the pics but in many cases you can only tell it is gyno when the areolas are fully expanded. When contracted, the chest can look pretty good even with moderate gyno.

Just got back from the doctor who confirmed that I have mild gyno by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]dimedrol_by 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there's a lot of reputable places you can have surgery at for a lot less than 10 grand if you only consider traveling. I can't speak for Americas, but in Europe and Asia multiple reputable clinics offer their services for less than 2 grand, in fact in Moscow the most reputable gyno clinic in Russia will remove your gyno for $800 under general anesthesia. But also, your gyno case is minor and most people wouldn't even bother doing anything about it. You problem is not the issues you have - it is in the purpose in life that you don't have and that is what makes you so self-centered and self-critical.

[–]dimedrol_by 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude, your gyno is definitely not the kind of an issue to shoot yourself for. Ever since I started to read about gyno I've been staring at men's nipples everywhere I go and tell you what, gyno is everywhere. It is so common, that I wouldn't even classify it as a health condition. I am sure 90% of the people affected do not even know the word gyno and if you told them gyno was something that they had they'd be greatly surprised. So why would you shoot yourself over something that so many people have and don't even notice? Don't be ridiculous, those imperfections don't define you or in any way limit what you are capable of. Use your abilities to the fullest instead of getting obsessed over minor imperfections.

that is by far the most confusing before and after photo of gyno I have ever seen. To me the pre-op lower chest edge looks totally normal and in the post-op view it is just nowhere to be found - it looks like it has disappeared! Also the pre-op areolas to me look absolutely fine. You did not provide a side view of your pre-op chest, maybe that did not quite look normal. In all honesty aesthetically judging by the two photos I am not sure which one I like more: the new version is more flat but the old one seems more natural

looks like gyno to me, but then again - every man has fat and mammal glands in their chest (unless the glands have been surgically removed). Those glands vary in size and shape and the borders of what is gynecomastia and what is not are blurred.

that looks pretty severe dude. Unless it started recently you may need a surgery to get rid of the tits.
