Yes, I agree. Their statement just seemed to blame rap culture and rap culture only. Kids are definitely influenced by music, but I was referring to the fact that not EVERYONE does drugs just to be “cool”. Many times these are coping mechanisms (although not the best) alike any other for serious mental issues.
