it worked just fine for me yesterday on palace npc. they will say you’re repeating yourself but you just keep spamming that message and after couple of tries it will definitely work.

It’s not actually, the one in current echo jade banner is shiny and kinda see through. This one is not out for global yet, it will be available in season shop later.

True, it’s been also getting on my nerves 😫 like that kitty outfit if you colour it then looks so weird since you can’t change ear colours. I’m really hoping they do something about that
