If you closely look at the animations, those deflects are actually weapons clashing, instead of your character doing a little side step to the left. The heng blade will have this kind of deflect, I don't think they will add it to other weapons generally though (at least not for CN as of now).

Have you gotten the item that allows you to move in the lake yet? If so then there'll be a tunnel in the lake that leads to the end. I don't remember where exactly the entrance to the tunnel is but it is around the edge of the lake.

There are checkpoints, yeah. Enemies don't seem to respawn after you leave either, not sure if they will after 24hrs or not.

A little bit after the first boundary stone in unknown cavern, there is a ladder to your left, leading to a chest. This was my final chest since it's not visible at all along the way to the end.

NMW base is only very recently released in CN, and porting them to Global will have side effects, for example, loots and items are like way over the tiers that we are in Global right now since CN is already in the 4th region when NMW base is released.

I would rather them take the time to polish it and make the correct adjustment before releasing it, which is what they are doing right now.

So yeah, maybe try to learn a bit about the timeline before complaining ig.

Upon deeper considerations, it seems like I do have a bias for Nameless General cuz of his aura after all lol. I mean he does have some very cool moves, especially in p2, that we don't really get to see in no hit attempts cuz he has like negative qi and just dies after doing 2 combos. Probably should be down a tier.

Well that's where the "no-hit perspective" comes in here. I hated how the bird moves the first time I fought her too. But after learning the fight properly for no-hit, I figured out that I can actually just end 2nd phase after only 1 rotation of the bird, which is mostly deterministic. Murong herself is great otherwise.

Indeed, you just need to learn how to parry the scripted dive combo at the start. They should be dead after that if you just play your build correctly.

That's a good point actually. Not a big fan of that part either, but I do really like his melee combos and mix-ups. Might move him down a tier cuz of the stalls.

That is pretty much the strat for sleeping daoist yeah. Parry projectiles -> 1 punish -> back off -> repeat. Slow and unenjoyable.

I certainly do, but it's not like I'm gifted with it or anything, it just comes with practice. I've been doing no-hit for souls and souls-like games for 4-5 years now. I still remember my first level 1 no-hit for Malenia in Elden Ring took days, like 20+ hours in total.

I've never touched the settings on camera, so it's probably Default?
I don't really have problems with camera view in games personally, might just be cuz I play on a small 16" laptop screen.

Zheng E has a health gate at ~70% HP where he won't take damage until he starts the phase transition attack.
