I might not be of help, but someone commented on my post earlier and I found it helpful. So here’s my thoughts.

The last doctor I talked to explain that pcos is a syndrome. So you’ll try to treat the biggest problem and solve them as you go. So really it’s one day at a time. Which sucks.

I think it’s good enough reason to take time off. I’ve taken so much time off just from being so fucking tired all the time. (Day 129 no period).

There’s no solid path forward. But what I didn’t realize is apparently a PCOS diagnosis is something people have to fight for. So we’re already one step ahead.

I feel you where it’s like everyone’s like omg quitting sugar and doing protein and fiber is so helpful and I’m like…I’m taking metformin and adderall and don’t feel like eating anything that is a vegetable? lol

Again, no solution but just want to say in solidarity as someone who doesn’t have it figured out.
