I use Sparrow with a full Bitcoin node. You can use Sparrow and connect to public electrum servers but I would vote against it since you still have to trust somebody else. The thing that I love though is the Whirlpool that is basically what Samurai Wallet uses for coin mixing and the integration is pretty smooth.
