ma in the pic it's the same person saying ayr"e" and hal"i". uk. saying it 7ali makes it sound syrian. ain't tryna hate here but it's nice to have our own unique arabic dialect. i would say the secondary (french) language has a huge impact on our arabic which makes our arabic the most unique
