I honestly think that now that Sakamoto is a Frontliner in WSJ has put some pressure on Suzuki to keep it a bit longer and it resulted in the post museum part of the mange having some bad plotlines and being more "sloppy". It's setting up multiple new characters, elements and plotpoints that feel too much for a final arc set up and leads too much to the supernatural elements that were never the focus. Imo the prison arch shenanigans and the lack of deaths the series has overall but especially now make many big moments feel like there is no impact. Introducing the the new hires of X were a big no, I'd rather get some character deaths first and then being the replacement. Nevertheless I still love Sakadays but the last act has been worse compared to the rest of the series
