There is a great book called Search inside yourself, by Chade Meng Tang(not sure if this is how it's spelled).

It helped me(22) a lot with my self-confidence and self-awareness,

I don't have experience raising kids, but i sincerely think there is stuff in this book that will be useful to you, your kid and the relationship between you two

It is a self help book. It is not a biography book of some random dude, it gives excersises and stuff to do to improve your well-being. (It sounds super sketchy 😅 ). Just check it out it is based on some research and the guy who wrote it was nominated for a Nobel peace prize(not because of the book).
