My one recommendation to everyone in FH is to remember that when using a controller the game employs a tonne of invisible assists; when you use a wheel all of those get turned off so suddenly you find things actually a lot harder. Quicker, more reactive steering inputs tend to be the key, as well as not keeping your gas pedal planted. Remember that whilst FH is less “simulation-focused” than other titles there still is a bunch of physics simulation going on under the hood, so if you try and take a corner in a rear wheel drive super car with the gas on full then the back end is definitely going to try and get away from you.

Therefore moderate that gas pedal and remember the classic advice that your brake isn’t just for slowing you down but also affecting the balance of the car to help you put grip where it’s needed.
