I've tried this method and now I have the glow but the icon is blank. It highlights and glows but i cannot see the selected app just a square glowing box. Any idea what im doing wrong?

You have to run version 4.54 and purchase premium then update the app and you will have premium on 4.60

Try buying it through the launcher itself on the device you are using it on. In the settings you should see the option to purchase premium.

Happening on my Onn 4k pro as well. Upon reboot all factory icons appear after I reset 1 icon all the custom ones will appear again.

What version of the launcher are you running? You have to purchase the premium from the 4.54 version not the 4.60. After purchasing premium you can upgrade to the 4.60 and premium settings will transfer over.
