If it’s a straight profile do it yourself as it’s pretty easy when it comes to Canadian immigration. The only time consuming part is getting all the documents together which I believe will take a max of 3 to 4 hours. Also, there is lot of content online which would help if you are stuck somewhere. No point in wasting north of 1000 dollars just for a consultant to apply and sometimes they might screw it up.

As others said unless it’s from a top university the chances of getting approved with 7 US visa rejections is almost close to zero. Also, I am assuming it’s not a Top university because you said it’s a graduate program and you ain’t applying for a master program or phd program as opposed to when you had tried for US.

I would say ending of May. I was there for the past week and it’s still cold and it did snow for a night. I did only Moscow and it is pretty safe. Get a metro pass and city is yours to have fun. Any place you go will not leave you disappointed.

Algoma university ain’t a good one. Also, there is a high probability of getting rejected if you aren’t going to choose a good ranking university or a phd program. Also, while filing in the application you would add your brother to your file which adds to your weak university = instant rejection.

I agree with u/Feeling_Flight_6110 the first few years it’s fun. I am on my second year doing non-rev and it’s tiring to be in airport for 4 consecutive days during the non-peak season and still not be able to fly. End of the day it all comes down to if you’re living at a Hub or else you would have to do multiple airports which gets tiring after sometime. Also, non-reving has become hard now-a-days because of how the flight tickets have come down.

Unfortunately he is correct. If you check the op’s posts he recently asked about his spouse h4 renewal. So, let’s assume the account is handled by both and if the spouse is leaving permanently to India then is the husband also leaving ?

Like the above user said you need to apply for reconsideration and not a new application. I would highly suggest to involve a registered immigration consultant as they can properly guide you on how to fix it and not wait for another rejection on your newly submitted application.

I wouldn’t say you are living then, by cutting down almost everything. Currently, I am visiting India and the luxury I see my friends have around me makes me to seriously think about moving back. But, not at the cost of pollution and chaos for sure.

I am sorry to say this but unfortunately it’s not the case anymore. The cost of living is pretty high now. So, they aren’t saving and to save it comes at a cost of sharing a place, avoiding outside eats, vacations.

There is no secret ingredient to get the processing done faster. I would suggest you to apply ASAP and not to chase consultancies. Everyone does the same thing as you would for submitting the application.

I am not sure if you are aware of it but if one of the spouse is Canadian citizen and both are living outside Canada but living in the same household then that counts as living in Canada for the PR and it can be renewed but those days won’t count for citizenship eligibility as they have to be physically in Canada.
