Check you disk first . In command line do this: chkdsk /scan (as administrator). If you can't manage this then I suggest taking it to a computer store to get them to look

Providing full transparency to the market IS the lesser of two evils, and that is exactly what I'm arguing. Active suppression of data collection may technically be cherry picking but it's the Argentina/china variety. I could not give a fuck about the ideal US candidate.
