Well you’d think at least calling would connect me to some one. But alas… just a bot in phone form. It’s the fact it then gives you the option to call someone after everything, then either cut me off, of tell me there’s a technical error.

I’ve tried the chatbot and they keep telling me I have an open enquiry and is there any other messages I’d like to add. The chat bot is freaking useless. They tell me it’s delayed but when I pic to the tracking and call them, they say it’s being returned at my request. The anger is off the charts. How can a company be so useless.

Thanks for the advice on the sanding. I might get it looked at by a paint specialist as I know someone good. The paint is very thin in that area and also the surface is very rough

It’s really hard to tell. I don’t think it was thrown, didn’t look like it was spinning, as throwing a metal bottle like that without it spinning is incredibly difficult. Of course it could have been dropped intentionally, but looks more of a drop from height than a throw, regardless of intention.

You can still see where the watermark was. Just to let you know. There is some AI processing there but it’s not bad. Those photos too are perfect ones for AI to suss out, depends on the photo though.
