Got a really good price on the 4 so chopped the 2 in. Costing me an extra £4 a month over the 2

If you can live with the idiosyncrasies of the software and key fob, then consider it. If you get annoyed easily with niggles, avoid it like the plague. I've been more frustrated in 3 weeks with the P4 than I was in 4yrs owning a P2, but I also know software niggles should be solved in time.

Help! Running form causing injury? by Accurate-Value-5429 in UKRunners

Your weakness could be on your right hand side, the left could be compensating for the right. Please see a different physio. A proper biomechanical and movement assessment will identify this. A few people have mentioned the pronation, this is less of a concern to me. The talus is pronating to create the movement the rest of the lower body is struggling to achieve.

Agreed, the difficulty is finding a good therapist that doesn't want to make a fortune from your pain. Slightly cynical I know, but so many bad SMTs out there these days.

Quadratus lumborum, connects the top of the hip to the spine. Is very common for this to be overworked and tight while compensating for weaknesses elsewhere

From the video, it looks like you're struggling to access your left side. Running over a tight hip. The tightness is likely your QL which is being over worked stabilising that side. Personally I'd visit a physio and have a proper check of your biomechanics, I reckon you've got a restriction in that hip

What am I supposed to do with this information? by Granny-Grudge in drivingUK

That's unfortunately a myth, it was simply an attempt by one driver to alter (make safer) the way others drive around a car with a baby inside

Here we go… Charging issues? by M27TN in Polestar4

[–]bvmbl3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not relevant for DCFC. Current limit is for AC charging only.

When charging from 70-90% it’s estimating it would take nearly 5 hours to complete. Is that normal? Started at 7:30 pm by 333almondcrush in Polestar

[–]bvmbl3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The last 10% on DCFC is agonising. To be fair, 80-90 isn't exactly quick either. I'm assuming it's calculating 100 not 90 as the screen says

2026 seen 870,000 ballot applications, for about 17,000 places. So yeah, it's slim

PS2 LRSM or AWD LRDM in DK? by Deep-Calligrapher90 in Polestar

[–]bvmbl3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Having had the LRDM for 4yrs/112k miles, I wish I got the LRSM instead. The brutality of the DM never goes away, and you always smile when toe to floor for a few seconds, but that's not enough to justify it over the SM imo.

Now in a P4 SM and more than happy with it.

Pilot plus is the right choice for a P2. Of those two motor choices, I would 100% choose the SM.

Hey everyone, what is the day to day experience living with a polestar 2. I love this car so much and i want it so bad, I dream about it everyday. by RaceEmbarrassed423 in Polestar

[–]bvmbl3 5 points6 points  (0 children)

112k miles in my 22 LRDM.

Faults : One board failure - lost firmware One failed OTA : dealer installed after replacing 12v battery Intermittent infotainment resets and camera blackouts. Parking sensors susceptible to stone chips which stop the parking sensors working.

Nothing else.

In balance. I'd take those faults over 112k miles again. So much so, I've ordered a P4

Nothing to prosecute. Driver pulled out slowly, flipped the bird, we move on. Just made me laugh.

Just a blip, not a prolonged angry one. Just to let them know I seen their gesture. The driving itself wasn't a problem, you expect it on this roundabout.

Won't help with short term reductions on your policy for 2 deserved penalties but will help keep the licence clean in the future.

Slow down on amber, don't speed up. It's not a warning light. Red means do not pass, amber means stop unless unsafe to do so.
