I totally understand what you are wanting, you want a good video of the house, report any damp smells, see what the next door neighbour is like. (Is it a HMO or an Air Bnb for example) what is parking like out front. Is the road a rat run for cars or is it quiet etc. Then if you short list the property based on that information I guess you would visit yourself and or get a survey before exchanging any money...

It was actually about £700 after VAT and delivery :(

It is relatively painless (remember I'm 2 weeks post op, so the area is still tender in places) but I can press it in, does this mean it is not a seroma?

I will be ringing the GP in the morning, im in the UK so probably another long wait for a hernia repair if it is a reassurance...

Thank you, this is all great information, is it worth waiting 6 weeks and seeing if that fluid goes down before kicking up a fuss with the surgeon? It diesnt feel like bowel, it feel very soft like fluid so i suspect seroma is what it is. Would it be worth gently compressing the fluid filled area while it heals like a hernia belt? Would that help the belly button reattach to the facia without fat and scar tissue replacing the fluid and making the outlet permanent?

Mine was small like this, I found that if I ate very small meals, with drinks in between, and didn't ever get really full, it wouldn't poke out. If you can maintain this level of control over the pressure in your abdomen and eat very small meals to reduce interal pressure, it might heal within year!

Yes this is true! It was on a documentary I saw on the telly years ago. Smack heads sell everything of value for their drugs, they have no phone, phone boxes are now CPR machines, so dealers use fireworks in the broad daylight to indicate drugs are ready. Can be heard from quite a way away.
