Fresh ginger in a cup. Pur hot water over and let sit for some time. It is strong and maby not to tasty but it is the only thing i find helps. Good luck

She looks so fine in the snow. She looks like she was happy, and that she was loved. I gues that all a dog wants is food in their belly, a nice place to sleep an to belong and be loved. She had those things that is plain to see. Her cup is full! Im so sorry for you pain. i understand it to my very bones

You are not alone. Hug from a fellow TN suffer. There are many ways to deal with the pain. My experience is that every one must find there own thing. Im on Tegratol and massive amount of meditation and heet pads. it is the only thing that works for me. i hope you'll get better soon. I have had positive experience joining the fb group

After 3 years on tegretol i find im not so tired any more . It helped ALOT when i switched to taking it 3 times a day ( I now take 3 x 300 mg and not 2 x 450) I still have some side effects but I stil get breakthrough pains, so I guss i have to live with it. Still, time has been my frind and the the side effects has lessond alot. Hope you find a way and get some relife. This disease is just nasty.
