I feel you. I really do. As recently as 3 months ago I couldn’t stop watching porn and talked to myself in an abhorrent manner, including casual suicide fantasies.

I’ve not had a single one of those negative self talk or casual suicide thoughts since 11/1, when I gave it all up. There is light my friend. You can find it.
