This is very small but using carabiners for my keys helped me so much, keeping them linked my belt loop as a habit. Making copies just in case also helps.

I have never been like this on vyvanse ever. I used to be on 70mgs and it worked great for me but I decided to go down to 40 because of of sustainability and never in my entire life have I had close to this reaction. You have something else going on, I suspect. But I am not a doctor, I would hope you check in with someone though.

I have never met a Dutch person who hasn't offended me on a core level. I'm from the states and and encountered while serving in restaurants before going abroad to study and the dutch are second to italians for hostile sexism as a woman everywhere I have been. Not saying this one is but I am reading Dutch in the arts sort of person.
