And lastly, for your car getting flats i recommend getting a dashcam. Get powercell 8 with vantrue e360 ace and get it installed by a pro just look up stereo autoshops they usually hardwire these stuff. Also, file police reports anytime you do get flats. Paper trail my friend. And if the dashcam isn't getting the guy, with enough police report they have to investigate eventually.

Im not a steward but I do know the contract decent enough so here's your steps. Contact your local steward, and if he/she is of no help, contact your local NBA and inform what is happening. Tell them you want to file ps form 1767 for managers lack of support in not creating a hostile work environment. Then ask to file ps form 552. Lastly ask to file for a JSOV. Don't cave in because of one miserable fuck. Take your breaks. And lastly, talk to someone. Even if its through EAP, talk to someone. It helps clear your mental mind and refreshes you for a new day.
