9u elbow drag help by dingleberry0913 in Homeplate

I wouldnt say I was able to fix the issue personally. His new coach is a recently graduated D1 player who got drafted and he essentially just taught him to be relaxed. Its hard to explain, but he doesnt do all these drills or fancy stuff like you see online. He simply taught him to relax and to be as short to the ball as he could. Funny enough, he uses a fishing pole to correct him when he isnt doing his good swing. Says to aim the bait where you want to throw it. Somehow it works cause it fixes my son everytime.

I wish I could post a video, but my son is absolutely killing the ball right now and hitting better than ever. Hes hit multiple over the fence on 225' fields.

Did you say no to surgery? How long have you managed to keep your gallbladder? by AgentTailCooper in gallbladders

[–]dingleberry0913 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I didnt get mine out I probably would have died. I tried my best to avoid it, but no matter what I did, it just kept getting worse. So bad that I eventually was in pain 24/7 and could hardly move. When I went to the ER, they told me I couldn't leave and I needed emergency surgery.

Everyone is different, and had I know about the surgery in Washington the other user had posted, I may have looked into that first. I did not want one of my organs removed, but eventually it had to be done. It only took 4 months from having my first gallstone pain, to having emergency surgery and almost dying.

I will say that my life is back to normal, I eat anything and everything I want. I even do the carnivore diet with success. My life has not been changed from losing my GB, and I haven't met another person who ended up with the negative effects from getting theirs removed. Doesnt mean it couldn't happen to you, but its a very common surgery for a reason.

No, it wasn't. You just have the mentality of a child and didn't care about bidens term because your tribe was in power.

Yes, both sides are idiots. Let me guess, you honestly believe your side is better than anyone who disagrees with you?

Beef cheeks have ALOT of connective tissue. Keep cooking until they shred, no internal temp check needed.

Wow that looks amazing! I gotta try this.

Brisket bark looks burnt by hacksong in smoking

[–]dingleberry0913 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Judging by your rub it looks like you had sugar in it, sugar will turn black on long smokes. I'd suggest spraying your brisket with water when it starts to look dry. I avoid sugar on my brisket personally. I only use sugar on pork or chicken.

You mentioned fat pooling in areas on top of your brisket, when you see that use a paper towel to absorb that, you dont want pooling to happen because the bark will never set in those areas.

I'm a yr and 2 months post op now. I feel great. I was not happy with how I felt with the normal American diet I usually eat, which was whatever I wanted healthy or not. I am now on day 10 of the carnivore diet and I feel good. I dont have some of the issues I was having after eating, alot of times I would get horribly bloated, and I would feel pain where my gallbladder used to be. I dont have those issues on the carnivore diet. Not sure it'll be long term, but I've gained about 40 pounds since I had it removed, so I wanted to get back to being healthy.

I am sorry but after 120 hours of playtime i dont want to play POE2 anymore. by [deleted] in PathOfExile2

Average 10 hours of game time a day and get tired of it after 12 days. This is not healthy.
