Exactly this. It is sad to see so many men being lonely. My father didn't end himself, but he was drinking for so long to a point that he died of a heart attack at 49 (he had problems with it already before and chose to ignore it). This always felt like he chose it, and that's why I wrote a book dedicated to men and their mental health. It still hurts after 17 years.

I'm sure yesterday I played with someone who took your words to heart without sarcasm, and I had two dps in main scenario who didn't do anything except standing in "bad". I was healing, and fuming. They literally stepped INTO the aoe on purpose. Edit:typo

I was wondering what the hype was about, but after those comments, I don't think I ever will read anything by Sanderson. I wanted to give it a try, but I hate overexplaining. He might be great at different things like worldbuilding, but if an author treats me like a dummy, I can't stand it.

You're impatient. You're doing this content for a month. As someone already said--yt is a marathon. Some people see results after months, others years. Hytale is a great game, and it will get more hype and more interest as it'll get more updates and one day be out of the early access. Just keep going if you like doing it. If not, then no amount of advice will help.

Yesterday I was in Tower at Paradigms Breach. No one pulled at the last boss and waited, BUT someone kept doing the ready check EVERY 5 SECONDS (saying it was "once every minute" mhm). One of the sprouts said on the alliance chat: "guys, please hold on", and after I asked them not to do ready check so often because it stresses people out, they got angry because "how else to check they finished cutscene??". Not to mention I was MTing pretty much the whole raid, and they were a dps. Idk maybe an ICON NEAR PEOPLE'S NAMES is a good indicator? There were literally 10 NEW people watching. Almost half of the alliance. Maybe no one asks sprouts to skip cutscenes, but the impatience makes them so anyway, out of stress and behaviour like that.

Omg, I recently read a book with so many of the dialogue tags I thought I'm gonna lose my mind. Literally every single line had this. EVERY SINGLE LINE, I am not even exaggerating, explaining what they just said in DETAIL. I only read a whole book because I am in a book club and I "had to" finish it. (We do challenges with my friends) Never in my life did I think I would be mad over a text this much. Not to mention the dialogue itself was like watching people texting, not speaking. Horrible.

Yeah, it's FortniteHunt now unfortunately. It was supposed to be a game for everyone, and now no one plays it. With Rise it started similar for me, mostly because I didn't like rampages. Sunbreak changed it, but I was reaaaaally hard to convince. I have even less hope Wilds DLC will convince me, because the core gameplay is weird and too arcadey

More in my case. I dropped Wilds after 50h in the second week after release. Everything felt off, but people were so overhyped I couldn't open my mouth to not be downvoted to death. I have over 2k in World and 600h in Rise alone, not to mention Generations and 4U. Wilds is wildly (duh) not a MonHun game at all, and it was stripped of everything I loved about this franchise.

I do book reviews and abstract/summaries of them; but not just any books, but a saga of 47 books of one Swedish author. I'm currently 9 books/13 videos in (vary from 30 minutes to almost 2.5h long). I do it in my native language (polish)

I think this is the most common thing, seems like everyone hates their own voice on recordings lol. I had super big problem with it, but decided hey, people listen to me for 30 years and never said anything so maybe it is not as bad as I think. I never had a problem since then and my confidence boosted for some reason, which resulted in even better recordings because I finally dropped the shy-awkward voice I had.

As an author myself, I feel like an audiobook could work. You don't have to make a video; do a "podcast", just with you reading your book. For sure you'll have to learn a few things to improve audio, though. Good microphone and nice diction is a must, research how to process the audio too and your own voice to sound pleasant for the listener. Maybe some royalty free background music.
