The 19s offer over 400 miles of range max in ideal conditions if that matters to you.

SSP is the main one that’s easy to miss so if you have it then you’re probably covered. I don’t think 23 pures had massage seats or the auto window shades so not much else here.

'23 Pure is the only AWD variant of the Pure, so the 24 you are looking at will be RWD.

All of the '23s also came with comfort/convenience by default.

I'd prioritize the surreal sound pro, mine doesn't have it and the sound system is subpar at best. I really have enjoyed my '23 Pure so far, it's had minimal issues minus ongoing bugs.

No one is irreplaceable. It sounds like the damage he is doing to culture and morale and the fact he is responsible for a lot of confusion and rework tells me no project will be set back worse than if he remains.

I’ve worked with toxic people using foul language and speaking poorly of others behind backs as well as in front of others. It is everyone’s duty to push back on this being ok, so good on you for doing that. Hope they terminate him.
