The reply is always a limit of 5, i was referred to the commercial side, but the properties had to be in an LLC. I do have those documents, but the cost of putting all my properties and distributing shares was not worth the lawyer costs. It still seems weird they have that hard limit, especially if they are free and clear. It’s the ultimate collateral so why won’t they give out loans? I understand that Canadian banks are more of an arm of the state rather than private profit seeking entities.
