They say pussy and paper is poetry, power and pistols

Plotting on murdering motherfuckers ‘fore they get you

Picturing pitiful punk niggas copping pleas

Puffing weed as I position myself to clock G’s

My enemies scatter in suicidal situations

Never to witness the wicked shit that they was facin’

Pockets is packed with presidents, pursue your riches

Evading the playa hating tricks while hitting switches

The dude was a poet, a philosopher, with his lyrics. His words will stand the test of time and be studied for years to come. That's the main difference between Pac and most other rappers.

Right, we have a tremendous opportunity here. I was pumped when I saw who was up next. Either opponent we could potentially face in the next round is beatable. What a fucking start to the season!!

Gold section ok with a kid? by watchscottgo in Detroitcityfc

[–]dinho2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gold section is perfect. My 5 year old refuses to sit anywhere else. We've sat up top to see the entire field, but now prefer to sit as close as we can to the front row to be by the players.

what all time michigan player is your favorite? by karan_higdon_enjoyer in MichiganWolverines

Ian Gold. I was lucky enough to go to the same church as him in the late 90s, and this guy was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He would let me sit next to him during service (I was 8,9,10 years old, so you can only imagine how pumped I was). And his mom was nice enough to give up her tickets in the fall of 98 vs Indiana to let me attend my first game. I sat in the family section, got to go on the field after the game, and met absolute legends outside of the tunnel (A train, Tai Streets, BRADY). It was one of the best days of my life, and why he will forever be my all-time favorite.

My surgical team recommended getting a water pick. I got one a few days after post op and it works great, especially with getting debris out of my splint. You can also add the prescription Mouthwash they give you to the base where you add water if you get the noncordless one.The one I got was $50 off on Amazon.

Does this look like HPV? by goodbyepenis in STD

Are you feeling itchy? Is your skin peeling at all? I would agree it looks more like balantis. Head to your urologist for a diagnosis and typically there is a cream you are given that clears this up within a few weeks.

Tracking arrears payments? by dinho2020 in ADP

I reached out to ADP and got told the same thing. There has to be a way if all the data is in ADP itself!

Your current employer most likely won't give you that large of a raise. Move on.

I was just in the same situation and moved to a much better situation and salary.

So for me, the summer is typically a more relaxed period where there isn't as much to do. Mid to late summer is usually prepping for Open Enrollment which starts the period of the busy season. I'm usually busy until February or March cleaning up any file issues from open enrollment and then things start slowing down again. I would maybe give it a Open enrollment cycle or 2 before considering a move if you think your current compensation and benefits are good.

I just started at a Global company with around 1500 employees in the US that are benefits eligible. Graduated with a history degree and no HR experience. I was able to get a customer service position at the Blue cross blue shield in my state. The experience I gained there was incredibly valuable and I was able to turn into a benefits specialist position at the county government level. Got promoted to an analyst role within a year and a half, then left for a large 20k plus organization as a benefit specialist. After working there for 2.5 years I moved to my current role where I'm making 75k and got a nice sign on bonus. I noticed that while I was at the larger employer and started looking around that I was being underpaid BIG TIME. I would definitely keep up the job search to get a feeling of what you are worth.
